Men should seek pleasure from creating and building not in consuming what others create and build.

The world is full of orders, organisations, systems etc etc that encourage men, actually encourage is the wrong word, they demand unquestioning loyalty and devotion to a cause and if you dare use your critical thinking skills and start questioning shit, you're an upstart and disloyal. Sure I get it. We should trust the process. That's fine, but the process also needs to add up. Thinking for yourself isn't encouraged because it means the leader or head of the organisation could possibly lose control of his followers. Nothing is perfect in this world, even your coaches, mentors, employers and so on but you're not here to blindly follow either. The one thing that will bind everyone to a tight, close knit community is core values, missions, visions and the purpose. If they aren't aligned, then shit will fall apart sooner or later guaranteed. If words don't match the actions of the people in charge then it's only natural that people will start asking questions. Well, you would hope so.Β

Your goal is to eventually make and create your own wave and differentiate yourself, adding value to the world by sharing your own unique insights and sharing wisdom from your experiences of walking the path.Β You’re here to learn and evolve as much as anyone else has the right to and as long as you're not violating the rights of others, it's open slather.Β Never crush your creative spirit because someone else has an issue with it.
Ambition is for everyone, not just your guide or mentor, your coach, your employer etc etc. Remember, it's not their fault they leave, it's your fault you didn't make them want to stay. Ownership is also something those in positions of power should practice, but it's not often that they do. In my experience anyway. Just look at politicians. They're masters of deflecting and rarely take ownership.Β

Outshine the master, they’re just people at the end of the day and if they're not encouraging that and at the same time continuing their journey themselves, there's a problem.Β If he or she is threatened by you, you have the wrong mentor.
Find a new one.
Their job is to create more leaders, not more people too afraid to be ambitious.

The world needs more big thinking, action taking men to step up.
You are what your bloodline has been waiting for.
It's time to shine.
