Why Women Shouldn't Seek Equality - RAMMFIT

There is a famous quote by Marilyn Monroe that goes something like this.

.

"Women who seek to be equal with men lack ambition"

.

Like it or not, men and women will never be equal. All you have to do is look at the physical body and you will see there are obvious differences. We are not the same and trying to be on an equal playing field is doing yourself a disservice no matter who you are. We are all unique and completely different to the next person. We will never be equal because it's literally impossible. Your genetic make up and your personality traits will never ever be repeated again, ever. For that reason you should never try to compete or be equal. You should in fact think differently if you want to be your best self. Do better, think bigger.

.

To many people spend way too much time competing, trying to keep up with their neighbours, their colleagues, their "friends", their siblings or even their partners. Feeling motivated, energised or inspired by someone else is one thing, but if it's brought on by the desire to outdo someone or compete and not be outplayed just for the sake of it, then it's mostly a negative thing. Of course there are exceptions to this rule, but doing something because you are reacting instead of responding is not good for you. So my question to you is, why do you want to be equal? Why not be better than anything that has ever existed before you came along. Remember, the best of anything has not been invented yet. The best players of any game have not yet played the game. Think about it.

.

A woman should never try to compete, or be equal with, a man. It is a woman's job to be the best example of a woman she can possibly be and in some cases that means she will out do a man. If that happens, so be it. A man should only be energised and inspired to do better in turn.

.

It's a woman's obligation to be the strongest version of a woman she can possibly be and in some cases, her strength and depth of character will make a lot of men look like school boys.

.

If a man can't handle that, too bad. Keep winning and keep shining. It doesn't matter who you are, man or woman, you are only as valuable to your employer or company as you make yourself. Your salary will be in direct proportion to your use value, man or woman. So therefore, to be invaluable, you need to draw on the things that make you uniquely you and be of service. What can a woman offer a company that will add value? I know plenty of women who are paid well and do things no man could ever do. Those women aren't out there trying to compete or be equal with men, they are simply being of service and making themselves irreplaceable and invaluable. As a woman doing her job, how hard would it be to replace you? If you can be replaced in a heart beat by a man, you're not doing it properly. You're trying to compete with and be equal with men. Do it better.

.

The same goes with women's sport. A lot of women complain that they don't get paid as much as men. That is the case for a reason. Men's sport is of great entertainment value. You will never be paid more than you are worth, so be of value. A woman's job isn't to play a men's game, trying to do the same as men are doing and expect the same pay. It simply will not happen. It is the job of the administrators of the game to find out what women can offer the sport they are playing. How can women play rugby league better than men? How can they increase their entertainment value? Sure, most people say sex sells but there is always another way. Women don't have to play sport wearing next to nothing, I mean how hot do women look in active wear covering everything? If administrators are trying to compete they lack creativity. When you create from within you never have to compete so the answer is to be more creative when it come's to women's sport. Think and grow rich. That isn't a reference to money by the way. It's getting more of what you want. Want more followers? Think. Want more viewers? Think.

.

If a woman is trying to compete, or be equal with, a man, they lack ambition. Be the very best example of a woman you can be a watch what happens.
