Justice is a virtue of character, but the unfortunate thing is, many men and women in modern day society lack the courage to be just.
Not only that, but a lot of people also lack integrity and that makes being just, difficult.
Being just is an essential aspect of our moral and ethical principles.
It involves treating everyone fairly and impartially, regardless of their race, gender, religion, and social status.
Justness is a quality that is highly valued in all societies, as it promotes peace and harmony.
Being just also means having the courage to stand against an injustice and from what we have witnessed over the last two to three years, with governments around the world violating the rights and freedoms of other people, we have seen far too many men who turn a blind eye to an injustice.
It is the responsibility of all men in modern day society to call out and stand against an injustice, that’s part of what being a leader and a protector is.
If you lack the courage, drive and determination to stand against an injustice, then you cannot lead or protect. In fact, you can’t provide either.
To be just means to act in accordance with a set of established standards, laws, and principles.
It also means acting in accordance with your own code of living you have developed as a masculine man.
It requires us to consider the consequences of our actions and decisions, to ensure that they are fair and equitable and that we live with integrity.
Justice is often associated with the legal system, where it is the responsibility of judges and lawyers to uphold the law and ensure that justice is served.
However, being just goes beyond the legal system and encompasses all aspects of our lives, including our personal and professional relationships.
In our personal lives, being just means treating others with respect and kindness, regardless of their background or circumstances.
It means avoiding prejudice and discrimination of any kind.
It also means taking responsibility for our actions and making amends when we have caused harm or hurt to others.
In our professional lives, being just means acting with integrity and honesty, and making decisions that are in the best interest of the team or environment you’re working in.
It means providing equal opportunities for all employees, regardless of their race, gender, or religion, or vaccination status and ensuring that they are treated fairly and equitably.
Keep in mind though, “equal opportunities” and “equality” are two totally different things.
One is being fair and just, the other is dumbing down those that excel and elevating the less skilled, ignorant and plain stupid.
It also means being accountable for our actions and decisions and accepting responsibility when things go wrong.
Being just is not always easy, as it often requires us to make tough decisions and take a stand against any injustice we are witness to.
However, it is essential if we are to create a just and equitable society, where everyone has equal opportunities and is treated with respect and dignity.
Being just is an important quality that we should all strive to cultivate in our lives.
It requires us to act with integrity, fairness, and impartiality, and to treat others with respect and kindness.
By embodying these principles, we can help create a more just and equitable society, where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and succeed.
I hope you find this of value, my brothers!
Keep winning!
